Polyimide Tapes

Polyimide Tape is made up with 1 or 2 mil polyimide film carrier coated with high quality pressure sensitive silicone adhesive. It has high performance, reliability and durability, with a unique combination of electrical, thermal, chemical and mechanical properties that withstand extreme temperature, vibration and other demanding environments.

Application Usage:

High temperature masking.

Protection of circuit board gold finger contacts during wave solder or solder dip process.

Insulation on bobbins, transformers, motors, capacitors, circuit boards and coils.

Used in fiber optics cables & solar panels.

Insulates the parts of aircraft trains, automotive sensor, manifolds and special electronic components.

Used for power switch motor relay cable coil capacitance and lithium battery, SMT surface mounting, transformer manufacturing, etc.
