Fine Line Masking Tapes - Regular

Fineline Masking Tape is manufactured from thermally stabilized PVC film backing with a rubber-based pressure sensitive adhesive. It is designed for uniform stretching to help for multi-colour paint jobs and create better paint lines. It has medium flexibility, adheres to a wide variety of surfaces and will hold and cleanly remove from surfaces in temperatures up to 130°C.

Application Usage:

Used for application such as automotive paint spraying, brand lettering and electroplating.

Used for applications for fine two-tone coloring or paint stripping work.

Masking color separations on plastic automotive fascia, trim & finished plastic parts in high temperature.

Used for aircraft paint operations & clean room paint operations.

Features:

Will give an excellent color line separation due to its thinness.

Has excellent moisture and solvent resistance.

Adhesive and backing work together to reduce paint seepage to a minimum.

After demasking, it will leave no residue and a sharp, clean separation line.

Preferred where tape must conform and follow contours without wrinkling or tearing.

Used successfully with most solvent or water-based paint system.
