ETO Indicator Tapes / ETO Sterilization Tapes

Ethylene Oxide (ETO) Sterilization Indicator Tape is self-adhesive and made of semi-creped paper with high tack adhesive, the tape offers good resistance to heat and moisture. contains no lead or other toxic heavy metals and are latex free. It also sticks on different surfaces such as plastic, metal, fabrics, paper, cardboard, etc.

Application Usage:

Single sided ethylene oxide (EO) sterilization indicator tape used for used for closing packages, instrument wraps, and other items requiring EO sterilization. The ink printed on the surface of the tape changes its color from pale yellow to dark green/blue, to show visibly the product has been exposed to EO sterilization process.

EO tape is utilized for identifying processed and non-processed items. The tape can adhere to paper, plastic, glass, metal, fabrics, cardboard and non-woven materials.

Features:

Indicator for sterilisation by ethylene oxide gas. The word GAS printed in brown changes to green once it has been sterilised as per the following specifications:

Exposure to 600 mg/l EO and 60% of relative humidity (RH) for minimum 20 min. at 54 °C

Exposure to 600 mg/l EO and 60% of relative humidity (RH) for minimum 25 min. at 37 °C

Dry natural rubber and resins adhesive with high adhesion, temperature resistant, excellent moisture barrier.
